That was with mythtv-setup as the command?<br>

I think Ubuntu calls the mythbackend binary mythbackend.real or<br>
something like that, but I figured it would be easier to run mythtv-setup.<br>

Perhaps:<br>

mythtv-setup.real 2>&1 | tee ~/mythtv-setup.log<br>
<br>
or<br>
<br>
mythbackend.real 2>&1 | tee ~/mythbackend.log<br>
