Yeah, all I could find was that it was some sort of Mini-DIN cable but
I thought that was just on the card output. I assumed it would have
something more standard (like component) on the HDTV end of the cable.
Well it certainly sounds like it isn't something I want to plan my
system that around. I opted not to go with this card anyway. On newegg
it was consistently reported to have a cheap noisy fan. Thanks for the
feedback.<br>

I was thinking about getting it but I was curious about the HDTV-7
output listed in the specs. I searched around and can't find any good
explanation about HDTV-7. Is this the component out that some people
have mentioned with other cards on this list? Also before I buy does
anybody have reason why this would or wouldn't be a good card for a myth
box? I am currently SD only but plan to move up to HD with this box in
the future.

Quick google turns up (very!) few references to a variation of HDMI.
Specifically, a HDTV(Mini-DIN)cable with 7 pins.
Just what the world needs, yet another 'standard' for digital video
delivery. As if the general population isn't confused enough by DVI,
HDMI, component, composite, and the robo-easter bunny. :-)
