Does anyone have a suggested workaround for the following situation with Comcast DCH-3200 STB:

Comcast encrypts "premium" channels and will not permit firewire capture. An alternative is to use the s-video (non-HD) output of the DCH-3200 STB, feed that into a V4l card s-video input, link the V4l card's s-video source with a listing of "premium" channels, and use an external program (/usr/bin/6200ch) to change the channel on the DCH3200 box.

If you also want to capture non-encrypted HD channels via the firewire port of the same DCH-3200 STB, you need to create the DCH-3200 Firewire cable box as another capture card, and link that input connection to a listing of non-premium unencrypted channels.

Because there are two "cards" in play here, but both ultimately feeding from the same source, MythTV sees this as two separate non-conflicting schedules. Therefore, unless I am missing something (which could easily be the case), there is no way to _automatically_ reconcile schedule conflicts.

Anyone have any ideas?
