Thanks Greg. You got me on the scent. I have my Ubuntu Gutsy updates set to include backports and the mythbuntu nightly build repository. Turns out that the backports just got 0.21 and I wound up with a mix of 0.21 and 0.20.2 out of which the mythvideo package was coming from 0.20.2.

The solution? I removed the mythbuntu nightly build repository and did an update. This nuked mythdvd (why?) and updated mythvideo.

All is now well.

Gisli

On Wed, Mar 12, 2008 at 8:40 PM, Greg Woods <greg@gregandeva.net> wrote:

I just had this problem last week (and it was discussed here). Turned
out I was actually running an old binary of "mythfrontend". Make sure
that's not happening to you.
