engineered to have an ATSC tuner? That'd be the end of $30 VCRs.<br></blockquote><div><br>There is no "will be." This rule went into effect over a year ago. Judging by a quick scan of Walmart and Best Buy, the VCR manufacturers have gone the route of dropping the tuner altogether. <br>
