Ok, further weirdness. I've tried running mythfilldatabase
--refresh-all several times after making changes to the time offset
(tried -0600, auto, +0600) and when I look at the backend status it
says mythfilldatabase ran but did not update anything. The time looks
correct in the backend status (showing 22:XX) around 10PM, however if
I look at the guide in mythweb it's putting me at around 4PM and the
time and date at the top is showing 4PM. I have verified the system
time which is correct at GMT-6. I have scoured all the setting screens
I can find in both mythfrontend and mythsetup and can not find where
the time is adjusted.

Thanks,
