command:<br>"sudo make menuconfig"<br>"sudo make"<br>"sudo make install"<br><br>simple said: whenever you see on ubuntu something like "permission<br>denied", use "sudo"<br><br>Ok, I think I have some success, but I am not sure. I did the sudo modprobe -l but I did not see modprob cx2388.
