just to test the dvi out i used a div cable that came with the monitor<br>to lcd samsung.. no picture..<br>i bought a dvi to hdmi cable to go to the sony hdtv and no output either..<br>is there some setting i am missing to get dvi out.. ?

There was a setting on the TV that it should use digital signaling on
the DVI port instead of analog and this fixed it very quickly.
