Well it's running 2 software based capture cards. It's just the HDTV playback which I'm nervous about, but if 2.3ghz is fine and means low power consumption/heat (dad's pedantic when it comes to power bills and noise, so the quieter and cheaper the better) then I'd go with the dual-core AMD (as C2D is pricey) - I just wasn't sure if it would be beefy enough.<BR>
