I seem to be stuck in getting my channels ordered the way I want. On my first try of setting up Myth ( about 1 year ago) I had only 1 HD tuner. I added an analog tuner shortly after that and when I did, my channels were organized in such a way that the analog channels (2-96) came first and the HD ones (900's) came second. I liked that because I could quickly scan and see what was on in HD. Since then, I've ran into various issues causing me to start over a time or two with fresh installs. Now, it seems no matter what I do, the HD channels show up in the EPG right next to their SD counterpart. I have seen similar questions asked, and the answer is always to adjust the channels in the channel editor. Here's a list of what I've tried and the results:

scan HD channels with channel separator [.] = channels next to each other in live TV guide and on mythweb
scan HD channel separator [0] = channels next to each other in live TV, but ordered with larger numbers later in mythweb, meaning my HD channels are now 3 digits and SD are only 2
manually change channel numbers in channel editor (in mythtv-setup) = channels next to each other in live TV, but ordered appropriately in mythweb

To clarify this a little, when I set up the channel numbers so my HD channels are 3 digits, my live TV guide will be ordered like this 2, 3, 903, 4, 5, 6, 906, 7....but in mythweb it goes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...903, 906...

I would like to set this up to mirror the cable box setup, so that my analog channels are 2-96 and my HD channels mirror that, except in the 900's. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong? I am using mythdora 4 upgraded to
20.2 for SD. Also, FWIW, I have been having this problem on my last few installs of FC6 with Myth 20.0, and Mythdora 4 with Myth 20.1. I can provide more information if you would like, I'm still trying to learn linux and myth at the same time, so any help is greatly appreciated. I can even delve into the database a bit if you can tell me which field to change.
