Hello, all. I'm trying to watch a near-HD AVI from DVD-ROM. I'm running 0.20.2 from ATrpms on a Fedora 7 box with an Nvidia graphics card. When I try to play the video, I get a few seconds of a black screen, then I'm bounced back to the video selection screen. I can play the same file if I copy it to the HD instead. Is there any reason why I can play a video from the hard drive but not the DVD-ROM drive? Is there a reason why I could play a standard definition MPEG-4 AVI from the DVD-ROM drive but not a 720p MPEG-4 AVI from the same drive?
