I watched the video and I must say, I am impressed with the whole home integration features in LinuxMCE!  With that said, I won't be ditching my MythTV setup anythime soon (but I might get out an old PC and give it a try).  What I did like the most was the "Follow Me" button on the remote and the graphical organization of the media.
