<body>This is not actually an answer to your problem, but if you want the easiest way to setup MythTV, at the moment I'd go with MythDora (<A href="http://www.g-ding.tv">www.g-ding.tv</A>). Its Fedora (6) based (as you might have guessed) and really easy to set up. <BR>

I know you might specifically want ubuntu (I searched for that option as well) but I don't think they are at MythDora level right now.<BR>
