Is that DVB-T or DVB-S?
If it's DVB-T (ie from the Crystal Palace transmitter) then the
channel scan should just find the BBC-HD channel automatically
(channum 501 for me), and you can record it as normal. I don't know
about DVB-S.

DVB-T. Also on the Crystal Palace transmitter (as confirmed by the
channel scan). Is the channel only transmitted at certain times of the
day? I just did another scan on both cards and neither can see any
channels which look like the HD channel (nothing in the 500 range
either)
I checked the logs and it's definitely not popping up as of 2pm in the
afternoon (tried a standalone scan also)
Can anyone confirm when it's scheduled to broadcast something?
