<font size="-1"><font face="Arial">I am running mythtv from a Knoppmyth
install, and I accidentally "broke" my Democracy player for the "Web
Streaming" plugin. The Democracy player kept locking up every time I
tried to go into preferences. So I thought I could just uninstall and
reinstall it (using apt-get), but evidently I was wrong. I tried
uninstalling it (using apt-get remove) and deleted out the ./democracy
(hidden) directory in my users home directory. I also deleted out the
/democracy directory from the /var area; as I was trying to purge out
any old (and perhaps corrupt) data.<br>

After I reinstalled, I couldn't get it to work at all. I try to run it
thru mythtv or thru knoppmyth fluxbox DE, and it does not respond. <br>
<br>
Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall plugins in mythtv without
doing a complete reinstall of mythtv?<br>
