peculiar question...<br>

I am putting together a myth box piece by piece, but it is taking me
some time to save up the $$ that I need to buy all of the necessary
components. Currently, I have everything I need except for a TV tuner
card and a remote. I was wondering if there is a good remote that I
could buy (maybe for $20-$50) to operate the myth box with until I have
enough cash to buy my TV tuner card. <br>
<br>
1) Does anyone know of such a remote?<br>
2) Will a remote control work without having a tuner card installed?<br>
3) Is this a better "solution" to use anyway, as I always hear that the
Hauppauge remotes aren't very good?<br>
4) Is it more difficult/complicated to get a "separate" remote setup
than it is one that comes with a tuner card?<br>
