have a look at the logitech harmony series. i've got the bottom end
model which i'm reasonably happy with (it feels a little cheap), but
it works perfectly and controls my mythbox, stereo and tv, dvd player.

the downside is you need windows (or an apple) to configure it (for
which i used XP in a vmware install)

Alternatively, you could just go with an el-cheapo universal remote. I've got a One-for-All URC-8820 that works perfectly with my serial port IR receiver. Looks good, and has all the buttons I need to drive my Myth system.

TBH, I've never really understood the attraction to these massive mini-PDAs disguised as remote controls. I mean, for the price of a Harmony, you could buy another PVR-150! But, meh, to each his/her own. :)
