I have been trying to get my HDHOMERUN working ever since Christmas.  It has been a nightmare!  I want it available for testing, but I want to make sure MythTV never tries to record from it.  Right now I have its video source (mythtv-setup>Input Connections)set to none, so it has no guide information.  This works, but I'd like to work on getting the zap2it guide info to link up to the scanned channels.  I have to keep changing that setting (and stopping the backend/recording in the process) as I go from usage mode to tinkering mode.  This is suboptimal.
