Hi Cecil,<br><br>did you already see gmyth sourceforge project? Inside that project we developed two gsteamer plugins that allow us to play mythtv nuv (mpeg4/mp3) in the Nokia 770 and N800. If you use MythTranscode to convert your Mpeg2 files to nuv, you will be able to play them on N800 video player.

<br>upnp server.<br><br>1a) Fuppes<br>From reading the archives, I can across a post that stated fuppes was<br>the best option. So, I compiled, installed and configured. Not only<br>did the N800 see the media, I was able to play music and watch pictures.
<br> The N800 would not play any of my records (all in MPEG2). It seems<br>there are constraints on playing MPEG.<br><br>Transcoding<br>770-encode.pl, using this script I was able to transcode the recordings<br>into an AVI playable by the n800's default media player!
<br><br>I modified pdatrancode calling it 770-wrapper.sh and recreated a user<br>job to transcode my recordings!<br><br>I'm using -fixes. I did try gmediaserver, however I could not see any<br>media it was offering.<br>
