I should probably add that I'm looking at AMD Socket AM2 motherboards. This is so that I can upgrade my existing computer to a dual core cpu and use my "old" 3800+ in my mythtv box. I also like having an nvidia IGC because of nvidia's linux driver support.

The ASUS M2NPV-VM is microATX and has one onboard FireWIre port, along
with internal headers for expansion. NewEgg carries it, so they
likely have others as well. Though I have posted my own problems, I
don't blame the board (yet) because there are so many other variables
that are more likely at fault (cable signal, networking, running SVN,
etc).

On 2/20/07, Chris Weiland <hobbiticus@gmail.com> wrote:
> The motherboard that I'm getting for my mythtv box does not have a firewire
