This error was caused by the RandRRotation option -- I set it to false
and it went away.
The actual problem though, didn't. After taking a look at the database
I found I had 3 entries in there for ChromaKeyOSD for the same hostname
-- the first being set to 0 or off! After removing all of them and
re-entering the value with 1, it worked just fine.
