I verified that both /dev/video0 and dev/video1 work outside of mythtv.<br><br>ll /dev/video?<br>crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 0 Jan 25 16:46 /dev/video0<br>crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 1 Jan 25 16:46 /dev/video1<br>crw------- 1 mythtv root 81, 2 Jan 25 16:46 /dev/video2
<br><br>I have also created two capture cards via mythtvsetup -- but both were setup to /dev/vidoe0 -- DOH<br><br>OK so after that PIP does work as expected. I can watch two programs at the same time.<br><br>Now on to why I started this thread to begin with:
<br><br>If I have two cards setup already for the PVR500 / one for both /dev/video0 and /dev/video1, should I setup a third for /dev/video0 (second use of this dev) but point to composite 1?<br><br>Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
