I was reading in USA Today and saw in an article where they mentioned the FCC signed a bill that would allow for users to be able to pick the cable box that they wanted to use with any cable provider. This was the first time I had heard anything about this. Has anyone else heard anything about this. It was on page 2 of the money section in today's paper if anyone else wants to see if I was seeing things.
