<div>Has anyone had&nbsp; luck receiving QAM-256 over basic cable with charter.&nbsp; By scanning channels I am able to pick up some channels, ABC, CBS, NESN but not other that I would expect, NBC, FOX.&nbsp; Has anyone had luck with Charter, or could anyone recommend other ways to scan for channels.
