I created my first user job.  Basically, it transcodes episodes of cartoons I've recorded so I can archive them as smaller AVIs.  However, once I got the job created I tried selecting a recording from the list and sending it to the new user job.  Now it's sitting in the queue but it hasn't been started for 30minutes.  Any idea why?  Is there some way to see when the next job is supposed to start or why it hasn't started yet?
