give it a shot and let us know (make a backup of your old
xorg.conf<br>just in case).</blockquote></span><div><br>I did. X came back (in the log) and said it had never heard of the
mode 720x480_30. I assumed this was some kind of built-in. I'll have
to add the modeline manually but first I have to figure out what it
should say.<br>

and I'm still confused. Where did you guys get these modelines from?
Can you post the 720x480_30 and 1024x768_30 modelines you are using? (I presume these are NVIDIA drivers to NTSC TV-out).<br>
