I have seen the same thing, might want to try this, set the timestretch to .95, which disables xvmc, but when I do that my CPU goes way down when watching HD LiveTV...YMMV though for some reason which I can't seem to figure out this returns my CPU back to normal levels...

Here are my specs:

My System Spec is very close (same cpu / mem / HD) but I'm using pcHDTV card and nvidia 5200.

Prior to a week ago I was running .19 w/ the x86 Kernel and never used more then 50% cpu system wide when watching 1080i. Then I rebuilt the machine w/ a 64 kernel and moved to FC6 and moved to .20 and I am getting the same CPU issues you are having.

My workaround right now is that I am watching in 480p and not 1080i. What resolutions do you see this problem in?
