Because MythTV ALWAYS writes video streams to disk and then plays them
back from there, you only have 4GB of space and refuse to add
more.&nbsp; For less&nbsp; than $20 you can get a capture card that
will work with tvtime or xawtv and will do EXACTLY what you want, even
integrated with MythTV via the menus.&nbsp; For less than $50 you can
buy a much larger hard drive which will allow you to use MythTV to do
what you want. <br>

If you're not willing to spend even $20 to get what you want, how can
you expect the Myth developers to put in hours/days/weeks of
development time to make MythTV work the way you want it to?<br>
<br>
I'm not trying to be rude here, but those are the exact reasons why
MythTV is not the application you should be using to watch live tv.<br>
