My first install of Mythtv was over a year ago. It was painful but well worth it once installed. Most of the pain was that I was installing on Suse 9 and on a 64 bit system. I tried other linux distro's but Suse is and has been my favorite for years, so I felt the need to get it to work on Suse. Recently I felt the need, again, to reinstall Mythtv on the latest Suse
10.1. It took only a few hours, most of that was because Suse ships with ivtv 0.7 which doesn't work on my system and from what I can tell it doesn't work on other system either.

Well long and short is you have done a great job with mythtv
0.2. I am still playing with it trying to get the settings just right, but I am still in shock at how much work has been done in a year.

Thanks for the great work!

Brad
