<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I was having similar problems- turned
out that my Ethernet Over Power (Netcomm NP210) is v sensitive to compact
fluorescent lights. In the evenings I get the same type of stuttering.
So, if your network between FE and BE is not fast enough, or has
other "bursty" traffic, you will get this type of jerky video.</font>
