<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">PS if you create a deb package instead
of just allowing the "configure-make-make install" steps put
code where they want, you can easily back out to your old version of mythtv
by just reinstalling it using dpkg, apt-get or synaptic. If you allow
make install to splatter code over the top of apt/synaptic installed software,
then your system can get untidy v quickly (i.e. install mythtv 0.19 wiuth
apt/synaptic, then do make install of mythtv 0.2, then remove 0.19 and
it may take bits of 0.2 with it)</font>
