I had a problem during recording after about 1.5 hours of recording, the recordings themselves had a skip every 2 to 3 seconds during playback.  During playback the skips would manifest themselves and eventually a complete lockup.  OF course if I remembered to exit mplayer every 10 minutes, the system wouldn't lockup.
<br><br>I went into bios and turned off all the speed enhancements.&nbsp; After a week like this the system has been rock solid.<br><br>AMD 1.2 ghz, 384 meg RAM, EPox 8KTA3, PVR-350 (using tv-out/s-video out), GeForce 3 ti200, MythDora
