Weird. The radar image is off by a couple hours, and the "Last
Updated: 07/19/2006 15:53:00" bounces all over every time I refresh
mythweb. Sometimes it says 7/21, sometimes 7/20, sometimes 7/18.

Try looking at the time info on the radar images, that should tell
you time of the source images and might tell you something about
where the problem might be.
