Hey everybody,

I was just playing around with the new "Internal" DVD player insted
of xine ( I could not even get it to do anything.) and I think I have FUBAR'ed the system.

This is what I did.......

I changing the palyer setting in DVD setup to "Internal" (without
the quotes) and started the DVD. I got nothing. Then changed it to
"INTERNAL" (again without the quotes) still nothing. So I changed it
back to the xine command
string and still nothing. Oh well, comming from windows world, I
restarted still nothing.

So I killed off the frontend and stopped the backend and started up
each in a terminal window so I could see what they were doing.

Tried to run the DVD play command and the terminal window showed
that xine was not setup correctly. It seems that i had "xine --pfhq"
instead of "xine -pfhq". Fixed that up in setup and then hit the play button
in mythfrontend, what u know it works. Damm fingers.....

So I kill of the frontend via ESC and then the backend via CTRL-C
and close both termial seession via "exit" then restarted the PC (old
habbits die hard)....

THen all I get is Grub>
(also the HDD light is solid)

Any ideas?
