Just a thought Giacomo since your able to play the video's on your PC have you tried to  run DVDAuthor on the file to see if it creates a DVD? I went this avenue after I realized that if I could play the file on a Windows machine dvdauthor was able to do it's thing.. The file needed to be transcoded of course.
<br><br>Since I'm running a DVB-s, I've used Myth to transcode the files and then manual ran dvdauthor on a couple of the files and they created a solid DVD, no menu's of course but I was able to do my archiving.<br><br>I never got projectx to transcode a file correctly but Myth would? So, needless to say I didn't get Mythburn going either... frustrating...
