Are those budget cards or not ? I had strange problems with my premium card<br>
when the hw-decoding was enabled. I disabled it and everything seems to work<br>
(premium card is tehcnotrend, so I think it is pretty much the same as hauppauge).<br>
Odd thing is that when I disabled hw from the card, it still does not use much <br>
cpu time.<br>
