problems with my HDTV. I have a Philips 50" Ambilight PDP with a native
resolution of 720p. And I had one HELL of a time getting X to use the right
resolution, it always ran over the edges! I think there may have been some sort
of overscanning issue, or perhaps I just wasn't holding my tongue right while
working on it. Either way I could use some serious help here, since getting X's
resolution right is key to getting things to look properly.</span></font></div></div></blockquote><div><br>
I think there is an option in the myth settings section that lets
you adjust the overscan. With TV's there will always be a little
of this I think from what I read b/c they are used to do that. You have
to use software to scale it back. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.<br>

either. I'd basicly like to rip dvd's, keeping the primary movie (throw away
extras, etc) and the surround sound track. I don't even care about compressing
them, I can get plenty of HD space. For whatever reason, however, I just never

This works great for me, tell us exactly isn't working. Sometimes I do
have problems with audio tracks but there is fixes for this.<br>

computer hooked up running windows & itunes...<em>just for music</em>. If I
could get myth to play shared iTunes playlists from my network...that would be
AMAZING. Is this possible? I don't want myth to share its library...i want it to
read OTHER computer's shared itunes libraries.</span></font></div></div></blockquote><div><br>
I want to use it for iTunes playback also I have read where they are working on this but I haven't seen anything recently.<br>
