I'm able to get FM playing through my MythTV box with # ivtv-radio -f 90.3 so I guess it's a matter of adding stations to the TV lineup and issuing the right channel change command when it hits radio-specific "channels". Then making it play back with a nice screen showing the station recorded instead of the green screen that plays when you record it now.
