Actually they are CPU cock speeds in Mhz * 10<br>

If the fan thing is what you are worried about, get the 13000 and
underclock it :) Personally I have not found an MPEG4 clip that I have
not been able to play that is 720x480 or smaller on the M-series
motherboard using software decoding. But since you are talking about
using a PVR150 card, if this is going to just be a PVR then the M
series is all you need since the resulting files will be mpeg-2.<br>
