with a 35" CRT TV (yeah I know but my wife...) </FONT></DIV>

annoying flicker on live TV and watching previous recordings.

tried the one that came with my nvidia card too.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>What filters should I try? The
nvidia-settings flicker filter is set at 127 which minimizes the flicker but
does not eliminate it.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Oh yeah please don't limit yourself to filters if
you can think of any settings anywhere that will improve the display quality
please let me know.</FONT></DIV>
