I have a mythtv backend running on Fedora 4 using a DVB capture card (Nova-T). The mySQL database is configured, and mythtvsetup runs fine, setting up card, source and channel data ok. The problem happens when I run mythfilldatabase.<br> <br> It runs ok, but then hangs, with heavy CPU usage. I've even tried leaving it overnight, but to no avail. I have to kill the process to regain control.
