I found a changeset that claims to solve these issues (#9108). http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/changeset/9108
I patched my mythtv and it worked past one show boundary for the first
time since I upgraded. I'll have to do some more testing when I
get home, but if anyone else has any success let me know. I
hacked up the gentoo 0.19-r1 ebuild to include the patch too, if anyone
needs it.
I went ahead and updated to atrpms latest for FC3. It has the latest SVN
fixes according to the changelog. The show boundaries issue has ceased for
me. But again, I saw this on a frontend/backend combo, not remote
frontend. I have not tested a remote frontend to see if the issue
persists, but it is definitely gone on my main backend/frontend.

regards,
Ryan

> On Thursday 23 February 2006 6:30 pm, Douglas Hitchcock wrote:
