http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/MythVideo and the archives don't get into too much about how much is supported in the 'internal' video player?

I am on
0.19 with the at-rpms. TV is fine on both my PVR-350 recordings and firewire HD recordings except for hiccups when the OSD is up. I am outputting 1080i via VGA to my TV. Standard XVMC, no deinterlace, no opengl vert sync, with extra audio buffering.

So far for DVDs, when I jump ahead a few chapters, it either doesn't go ahead a chapter and just pauses for a sec, or the video and audio get WAY out of whack. For vobs from my archived DVDs, they either show the length is a few seconds, or the length is some exponential amount of seconds, and they allow no jumping at all. For a divx I had some luck but similar results after jumping forward/back any amount. Go back to TV and all is well. xine/mplayer play these files fine.

I do seem to be getting a number of audio buffer errors lately. Like this http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/mythtv/users/183386?search_string=AddAudioData;#183386
