You have to be sure to compile vlc yourself make sure you modify the
--with-ffmpeg-tree=xxx to reflect the path of the ffmpeg source.&nbsp;
I found the pre-compiled packages not to work. <br>
FFMPEG should work as is if you installed it from <a href="http://atrpms.net" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)">atrpms.net</a>.&nbsp;
Make sure you have the source package installed before you compile VLC.</blockquote><div><br>

Thanks for the tips, but source package of VLC, FFMPEG, FC3, MythStreamTV or all of them ? And where should they be installed ?<br>
