<div>I had a problem similar to this while using gentoo. What I did was uninstalled both cards then uninstalled anything related to ivtv, and ivtv itself. Then I placed both cards back in and reinstalled the removed software/drivers... And it magically grabbed all three tuners for me. Instead on only one or the other working.
