<div>I just finished building my Myth box and it works pretty well.&nbsp; Earlier this week I ordered a new hard drive for it.&nbsp; The machine has two hard drives in it currently (40 GB and 20GB), along with a CD-RW and a DVD-R so that means that both IDE channels are full.&nbsp; When I built the system I partitioned the hard drives as follows:&nbsp; The 40 GB hard drive has /boot (ext2) 100MB, swap 768MB, and / (ext3) 12GB with the rest of the drive in an LVM with the 20GB hard drive formatted jfs.&nbsp; I guess I would like to know is:&nbsp; Can I replace the 20GB hard drive with the 80GB hard drive, add it to the LVM and format it jfs without having to reinstall everything?&nbsp; Or will removing the 20GB hard drive&nbsp;trash the LVM to the point of having to reinstall everything?&nbsp; Any help would be greatly appreciated.
