The problem is, how do you know exactly how long a commercial break
is? If the typical commerical is 30 seconds long, a difference of
10% in speed would only be 3 seconds, but how exact are the stations
for 30 seconds breaks plus the occaisional few seconds of dead time
between commericals.<br>

I'll try timing a few commericals tonight, but since no one else seems
to notice this issue either, I'm willing to be it's probably just a
relative observer effect, as mentioned earlier.<br>
