On downloading 6629 I open a console as root and use:<BR>
init 3<BR>
<BR>
This on my system seems to try and reboot the pc.<BR>
When I boot again I get ( I assume) int 3 CL and cd to the install dir for the driver.<BR>
I sh the file and it starts the install.<BR>
<BR>
I then tells me it can't find a kernel header on my machine or online.<BR>
It then seems to install something but then stops with a conflict with another file ( I cant find the name now DOH!)<BR>

I then change the X11.conf file and add the lines they ask but when I try and startx I get an X error<BR>
and then it runs the defaults ( back where I started)<BR>

Has there been any updates you know of for the driver?<BR>
