Hi All,<br><br>
I'm looking for MythTV users in the Boston, MA area to see if there is
any interest in starting a MythTV Users Group.<br><br>
I'm on the board of the Boston Area Windows Server User Group (BAWSUG),
(No flames please, It's how I make a living) and I could get things going
with other members of BAWSUG who I've told about MythTV and they now want
to try to build one. I've been using various flavors of Linux for years,
although I'm no expert. I've used it in business only, till now
:)<br><br>
UG's are a place to meet up with other people who have the same
interests, show off your work and discuss new technology.<br><br>
Most UG's meet monthly, but that's not required if spare time is hard to
come by. Some meet bi-monthly and some meet quarterly.<br><br>
Of course, there are also maillists and forums for use by members of the
UG. I know there are plenty of MythTV forums and maillists already so
these would be for UG and meeting specific info, as well as general
chatter for local members.<br><br>
