font-family:Arial'>When I go to edit a recording, and I want to change the
length of the jump increment, the old value is not erased, but remains on the
screen overlapping the new value. For example, it starts out showing “1
second”, but if you press up to change it to “5 seconds”,
instead of erasing the words “1 second” and replacing them with “5
seconds”, it just writes “5 seconds” on top of the old
words. If you keep going up through the rest of the possible values, eventually
you have a whole mess of letters and numbers all overlapping each other. If you
jump forward or backward, the value is reset when the screen is redrawn, but if
you change the value again, you end up with a clutter of overlapping stuff
again. At least most of the time, anyway. Occasionally, after jumping it will
work correctly, but then if you jump again it will go back to screwing up. </span></font></p>
